Our office accepts cash or check payments only, no debit or credit transactions.
Recording Fees - General
- $60.00 first page; $5.00 per each additional page or portion thereof.
- $2.00 each transfer reportable to the State.
- $1.00 if the names of those executing, witnessing and acknowledging are not typed or printed under the signature.
Recording Fees with Nominee (MERS)
- Nominee as Assignor - Grantor: $159.00 flat fee (Assignment of Mortgage / Release of Mortgage).
- Nominee as Grantee: $159.00 first page; $5.00 each additional page or portion thereof.
State Conveyance Fees
- State Conveyance = .0075 x consideration
- Local Conveyance All categories = .0025 x consideration

Copy Fees
- $1.00 per page or fraction thereof
- $1.00 per page plus $2.00 for certification - certified documents
- $20.00 for hand-held scanner (fee must be paid prior to scanning)
- $2.00 for computer generated map or emailed; $10.00 for a full size copy of a map
Map Fees
- $20.00 to file a map
- $30.00 to file a map of a subdivision of 3 or more parcels
- $2.00 for computer generated map or emailed; $10.00 for a full size copy of a map
Other Fees
- Marriage License: $50.00
- Vital Records: $20.00
- Certificate of Name Change: $60.00
- Certificate of Adoption of Trade Name: $10.00
- Dissolution of Trade Name: $10.00
- Hawkers and Peddlers License: $20.00
- Liquor Permit: $20.00
