Fishing Season Opens Early, Licenses Available Online

Gov. Ned Lamont has issued an Executive Order opening fishing season early, effective immediately. Opening day was originally scheduled for April 11.
Licenses are still required. However, due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, there will be no in-person licensing at the Town Hall. Licensing is available online at the DEEP website: https://portal.ct.gov/DEEP/Fishing/COVID-19-Updates-Fisheries-Division
If you do not have a printer, you can save an electronic version of the license to your phone.
