Town of Lebanon Notices
The Town of Lebanon is seeking proposals for the conversion of existing outdoor tennis courts to basketball courts at the Aspinall Recreation Area located behind the Lebanon Elementary School at 479 Exeter Road, Lebanon, CT. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the site at 10:00 am on August 19, 2014. Sealed Bids will be received at the Office of the First Selectman, Town of Lebanon, 579 Exeter Road, Lebanon, CT 06249 until 2:30 pm on August 29, 2014, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: BID: TENNIS COURT CONVERSION and include a lump sum cost for all materials and labor to complete the specified work. All questions shall be directed to Brandon Handfield, P.E., Director of Public Works in writing at Town Hall, 579 Exeter Road, Lebanon, CT 06249 or via email (email@example.com) no less than three (3) days prior to the bid opening. The Board of Selectmen reserves the right to reject any and all bids. E.O.E.
