The Town of Lebanon has hired Vision Government Solutions to perform the state mandated revaluation for October 1, 2018. Vision has 5 data collectors performing interior and exterior inspections starting late November 2017 – October 2018. Homeowners are encouraged to ask for identification. Effective January 2, 2018, the Town Clerk’s Office will open to the public at 9:00 a.m. until further notice.
This seven (7) member Village Green District Design Review Board was formed by the Lebanon Planning and Zoning Committee on September 16, 2013. The purpose of the Village Green District Zone is to allow for integrated residential and agriculture development which meets the housing needs of residents while preserving and enhancing the unique rural, historic and architectural character and scale of the district.
Members were initially appointed by the PZC as follows, with subsequest reappointments for four-year terms:
