The Town of Lebanon has hired Vision Government Solutions to perform the state mandated revaluation for October 1, 2018. Vision has 5 data collectors performing interior and exterior inspections starting late November 2017 – October 2018. Homeowners are encouraged to ask for identification. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Assessor's Office at 860-642-6141.

ADJOURNED TOWN MEETING
Public notice is hereby given to Electors and those qualified to vote in the town meetings of the Town of Lebanon to meet at the Fire Safety Complex, 23 Goshen Hill Road, on TUESDAY, MAY 15, 2007 between the hours of six (6) A.M. and eight (8) P.M. for the purpose of casting their ballots in the adjourned town meeting to consider and act upon the following questions:
“SHALL THE PROPOSED 2007-2008 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF LEBANON OF TWENTY-ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($21,441,783.00) FOR THE GENERAL TOWN GOVERNMENT, BOARD OF EDUCATION, AND SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS, WITH REVENUE ESTIMATES OF EIGHT MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($8,370,194.00) AND THE REMAINDER TO BE RAISED BY TAXES, WITH AN ESTIMATED MIL RATE OF 26.4 MILS, A 4.3% INCREASE, BE ADOPTED?”
“SHALL THE TOWN OF LEBANON APPROPRIATE UP TO $2,275,00.00 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A Senior Center in the Town of LEBANON, $1,500,000.00 TO COME FROM DESIGNATED ACCOUNTS INCLUDING THE HUGH TRUMBULL ADAMS FUND (ACCOUNT # 218), STEAP GRANT FUND, SMALL CITIES DEVELOPMENT BLOCK FUND, $400,000.00 TO COME FROM UNENCUMBERED FUND BALANCE AND $187,500.00 TO BE RAISED BY TAXES IN FY 07-08 AND FY 08-09, WITH A MIL RATE IMPACT NOT TO EXCEED 0.4 MIL IN EACH FISCAL YEAR?”
