This page is provided as a means for interested residents to be able to access information on the proposed Peak Generation Project on Card St.  The Town of Lebanon is neither endorsing nor opposing the project by providing this information.
Selectmen voted unanimously to oppose the proposed project on April 22, 2008.  See the resolution approved at that meeting and subsequent letter to the DPUC.

The DPUC has just announced dates for DPUC REVIEW OF PEAKING GENERATION PROJECTS. 
 
Hearings will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2008, at 9:30 a.m., at its offices, Ten Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut. The hearing will continue, if necessary, on Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. and on Thursday, May 1, 2008, at 9:30 a.m., at its offices. The Department may continue the hearing on additional dates, as deemed necessary. (Full text of the announcement)
