Ring in the Holiday Season by attending the Annual Tree Lighting Program on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. at the Jonathan Trumbull Library in Lebanon. The brief program will include the lighting of the tree, Yuletide Carols, and a visit from Santa. Following the program visitors may take a stroll around the Green on the candlelit walking path, visit the historic homes which will be open for tours and enjoy the bonfire behind the Library. The Town of Lebanon is seeking sealed bids for multiple truckloads of large diameter firewood logs. To view the logs please arrive at the Town of Lebanon Transfer Station, 171 Exeter Road, Lebanon, CT at either of the following times: 3:00 pm Monday, November 27 or 10:00 am Saturday, December 2. Bid shall be a lump sum price for all the logs on site. No cutting or processing of logs will be permitted on site at the Transfer Station. Logs must be transported out as-is.
