The Town of LEBANON is accepting proposals for the Revaluation of all Real Property in the Town, effective October 1, 2018. Those interested in providing the Revaluation Services as set forth in the Town’s specifications are invited to deliver 4 (four) copies of their Proposals to the First Selectman’s Office, Town of LEBANON, 579 EXETER RD, LEBANON, CT 06249, no later than 1:00 p.m. on June 9, 2017. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “071-2018 Revaluation Services” Bid opening shall take place at the LEBANON Town Hall, 579 EXETER RD, LEBANON, CT, 06249 at 1:00 P.M. June 9, 2017. The RFPs are available in the First Selectman’s Office or click link below.
All Town Hall offices and departments will be closed Monday, April 24, 2017 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm for employee training course.

In accordance with Section 7-394 of Connecticut General Statutes, the audit report for the Town of Lebanon Financial Statements and Supplements Schedules for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, as audited by Stephen T. Hopkins, CPA, PC, is on file for public inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk, 579 Exeter Road, Lebanon, CT.
